Residential Cleaning Technician

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Execute carpet cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring all carpets are well-maintained and free from stains.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, adhering to established cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness in commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are sanitized and presentable for clients and visitors.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Proven experience in custodial or residential cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use various cleaning supplies safely and effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to maintain scheduled appointments
