Cheese, Wine and Chacuterie Class at Butcher on the Block- Lake in the Hills!

Thursday, March 30th 7:00 p.m.

Join your host and hostess Annette and Fred Mindermann "The Cheese God and Goddess"  as we take you on a tour of wineries and cheese factories and pair wine, beer and charcuterie (sausages).  It will be a lively interactive evening with a powerpoint presentation and lots of information and fun.  

$15.00 per person- we will taste 6 wines and all the pairings that go with.  
There will be free take away prizes as well!
