Business Planning Essentials will be presented by the Illinois Small Business Development Center in partnership with McHenry County College. This is a FREE event.

Overview:
Interested in growing your business, thinking about entering new markets or are you simply looking to improve your profitability? If so – then a forward looking business plan is essential. This educational session will walk you through the process of identifying the information you need, where to get the information you need and then how to compile the information into an effective narrative. Special emphasis will be placed on crafting a marketing strategy and developing detailed financial projections (sales and expense forecast) to support your plan. Whether your audience is internal, a lender or an investor – this program will guide you on how to create the plan that not only conveys your vision but helps to move your business to the next level.
