About Us

We are a mental health private practice offering a variety of services for individual and couples therapy and assessment services. We specialize in weight management and bariatric surgery pre and post changes. We specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, ADHD, old, trauma/ptsd, panic, phobias, pain management, living with chronic illness, binge eating and emotional eating, relationship conflicts, and grief/loss. Our therapists utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT, CPT, psychodynamic, humanistic/person centered, family systems, mindfulness, and much more.
