About Us

We are a personal training studio, offering private, semi private and small group training sessions. We specialize in weight loss, toning , and functional fitness, and getting fit after injuries.

Our private training is the most individualized program, where we focus on our individual client's goals and progress them in their own pace.

Our semi private training(up to 5 people in the group) is still very individualized, where our few clients share a trainer( coach(), working towards their individual goals, and following their own progression.
Great for anyone who wants individualized program sharing a trainer

Our small group training( up to 12 people in the group) is fun, group oriented workout led by a trainer, where people are able to modify exercises based on our clients abilities, still have fun and feed of the energy and support of the group.

Our setting allows us to modify and customize the training based on limitation, while focusing on abilities and restoring function.

Our goal is to create a positive, family oriented environment, to foster connections with our coaches, members and create a safe, fun and supportive atmosphere.
All programs offer nutrition coaching and guidance as a part of it to support weight loss, maintenance and individual needs of our members.

We offer training for both men and women, all age groups, but majority of our members are in their 40s, 50s, 60s and even 70s.
We also offer recreational golf conditioning training off season and on season, for our members who love that sport, with a focus on mobility, core strength and power.
