Join us at Banushi's for a creative and relaxing evening of fabric art.
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create a framed 8 x 8 piece using a technique inspired by Kinusaiga, often called fabric painting. Instead of paint, you’ll choose from a variety of beautiful fabrics and tuck them into a pre-designed base to bring your artwork to life. The process looks intricate, but it’s surprisingly simple and incredibly relaxing once you begin.
Each participant will complete one finished framed piece to take home. It’s a unique, textured artwork perfect for displaying in your home or giving as a thoughtful handmade gift.
No experience is needed, and all materials are provided. Designs are prepared in advance so you can focus fully on the creative process. A wide selection of fabrics will be available, allowing you to make your piece truly your own.
