We are looking for a hard-working Car Detailer to join our team. As a Detailer, you will provide thorough interior and exterior cleaning services. Responsibilities

• Representing Dream Clean Car Wash with a positive attitude in the community both on and off the clock.

• Communicate with customers courteously. Explain car wash and detail services to ensure customers' satisfaction.

• Clean the interiors and exteriors of vehicles using provided products and procedures.

• Operating buffers, steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.

• Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.

• Carry out periodic maintenance of equipment used in washing to keep them in proper working order.

• Strict adherence to company policies and service standards

• Managing inventory and reordering supplies.

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail.

• Willingness to work within a team environment

• Valid driver's license

• Must be over 18 years old

• Previous experience as a Car Detailer is preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Exposure to outside weather conditions.

• Frequently exposed to moderate to loud noise.

• Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, twisting, and overhead reaching.

• Frequently lift between 5 to 30 pounds.

• Ability to stand for an entire shift.

• Available to work a variety of shifts and/or days of the week consistent with the demands of the retail environment which includes weekends, evenings, and other high activity period

Compensation/Benefits:

• Pay range: $14-$17hr plus tips based on experience and qualifications.
