Assistant Site Manager

Dream Clean Car Wash is a quickly expanding car wash chain in the Chicagoland area. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with an incredible wash at a great price. As part of our management team your responsibilities will include:

• Representing Dream Clean Car Wash with a positive attitude in the community both on and off the clock.

• Successfully onboarding new employees, training and coaching staff, performing activities around employee engagement, etc.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Taking the lead on any inquiries, incidents and issues.

• Ensuring the site follows all approved safety procedures.

• Reviewing and investigating incidents that have occurred.  Meeting with customers, explaining the wash process and the procedures that are set in place to create a safe car washing environment. 

• Performing Site manager duties and responsibilities during their absence. 

Requirements:

• Demonstrates ability to lead and motivate teammates.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills,

• Ability to learn in-depth car wash and maintenance functions.

• High school education or equivalent.

• Basic computer skills.

• Previous management experience is a plus.

• Prior car wash experience preferred but not required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Exposure to outside weather conditions.

• Frequently exposed to moderate to loud noise.

• Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, twisting, and overhead reaching.

• Frequently lift between 5 to 30 pounds.

• Ability to stand for an entire shift.

• Available to work a variety of shifts and/or days of the week consistent with the demands of the retail environment which includes weekends, evenings, and other high activity periods.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Salary range: $16-$20hr annually based on experience and qualifications.
