DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 13th Annual My Sister's Dress Sale on Saturday\, March 7\, 2020 at the Sage YMCA in Crystal Lake from 9:00am to 12:00pm. The mission of My Sister's Dress is to make prom affordable to everyone. Over 1000 beautiful new and like-new prom and formal dresses will be offered for only $25\, and all shoes/accessories are $5. All proceeds from this event benefit Home of the Sparrow\, a local non-profit organization serving homeless women and children in McHenry County and Northern Illinois. Home of the Sparrow's mission is to provide Hope\, Opportunity and Support that empowers women and children as they journey from homelessness to self-sufficiency.\n\n\n\nMy Sister's Dress is accepting donations of new and gently used dresses\, shoes and accessories through Wednesday\, March 5th at the following local businesses during their business hours: Sage YMCA in Crystal Lake\, all seven Sparrow's Nest Thrift Store Locations (Cary\, Algonquin\, McHenry\, Woodstock\, Palatine\, Mundelein\, and Third Lake)\, Community Threads Resale Store in Arlington Heights\, Northwestern Medicine Health & Fitness Centers in Crystal Lake and Huntley\, Star 105.5 Radio Station in Crystal Lake\, Taylor Stevens Salon & Spa at Algonquin Commons\, and Black Orchid Boutique in McHenry.\n\n\n\nFor more information about the event\, please visit www.facebook.com/mysistersdress or www.HOSparrow.org.
