DESCRIPTION:Hollywood Glam Gala\n\na benefit for the Bradley Ward Legacy Healthcare Foundation\n\n \n\nMy name is Dr. Laurence M. Bradley Jr.\, a board-certified Dermatologist and founder of Legacy Dermatology\, proudly serving the Algonquin community since April 2023. As part of my ongoing commitment to accessible and equitable healthcare\, I've co-founded the Bradley Ward Legacy Healthcare Foundation\, a nonprofit initiative aimed at promoting healthy living and providing quality healthcare for all regardless of race\, religion\,  environment\, hardship\, or financial disparity.\n\n\n\nWe are proud to announce our newest project: a pop-up clinic designed to reach underserved communities with essential medical care and health education. This mobile model of care will allow us to meet people where they are literally breaking down barriers to health and wellness.\n\n\n\nTo launch this exciting initiative\, we warmly invite you to support and attend our first annual fundraising event\, the Hollywood Glam Gala\;\n\n  Boulder Ridge Country Club\n\n  Friday\, November 14th\, 2025\n\n  7:00 PM\n\n\n\nThis elegant evening will feature:\n\n         Buffett during a lively mingling and dancing event\n\n         Black tie glam attire\n\n         Live entertainment\, DJ\, raffles and giveaways\n\n         Opportunities to directly donate to our foundation's mobile clinic project\n\n\n\nTickets are $95 per person\, and all proceeds will go directly toward launching and sustaining our pop-up clinic (October 14th\, 2025 deadline for ticket purchases) .\n\nUse QR code below (type full name in memo). \n\n\n\nWe are currently seeking sponsors and community partners to support this event and our larger mission.
