On Sunday\, March 1\, 2026\, St. John&rsquo\;s will host a celebration service at 10:00 am which will include worship and a message by L.C.M.S. Northern Illinois District President Rev. Dr. Alan Buss.
\n\nThe 150th Anniversary Celebration will be held at St. John&rsquo\;s Lutheran Church at 300 Jefferson Street in downtown Algonquin. The service will be followed by a ribbon cutting ceremony to signify the dedication to the next 150 years in service to the Lord.

\nSt. John&rsquo\;s Lutheran Church invites the community to attend this celebratory event at 10:00 am on Sunday\, March 1\, 2026 as well as regular worship services held each weekend on Saturday evenings at 5:00 pm and Sunday mornings at 9:00 am followed by coffee fellowship\, Sunday School for children and Bible Study for adults.
